Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period ends 30 days from the date you received your goods, or when a third party (other than the carrier) designated by you takes possession of the delivered product.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods, we will initiate a refund within 30 days. The refund will be processed using the original method of payment, and no additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

The goods are in their original packaging
The goods are unused and in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
Certain goods cannot be returned, including:
Customized or personalized products
Perishable goods or items with a short expiration period
Unsealed items not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items

We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method. We cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged during return shipment without proof of delivery.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
